The Adaptation of belief on the stake of sorrow.

Today we live in the 21st century CE where the stress rate is higher than the poverty rate. Rich people have stressed due to their workload and health issues and low-income people are worried about their and their family’s future,  youth are depressed by their academic and career pressure. Though this was already a miserable situation, from the last two years we got a bonus pack of anxiety, thanks to CoronaVirus global pandemic. The decreasing rate of unemployment has made us think of our future more! How will our world be? What will happen to factory workers when robots replace them? How will our daily life go? Will it be tough or easy to earn money? What will happen to the climate?

Well, these questions always echo in our minds and cause a release of a high level of dopamine. We thought that it was very difficult to survive harsh nature and foragers led a very tough life, well it was not that tough as today’s modern urban man’s life. Our society is getting more and more practical accompanied by narrow-minded thinking. In this exploration for a cure, spirituality came as an option. Maybe this was a good choice but it was difficult to stay away from the dark side of the belief. Today religious places are the centers of business and are used as per the wishes of the corrupt priests and religious teachers.

I doubt we are going to survive? And if yes then on what basis?

OK. Let’s take spirituality. In all spiritual centers, peace of life is the main aim. A person must take things as per their need and donate others to charity. The followers must be aware of the universal principles of one’s religion.

It can be that religion can’t be birth bound. The man must study and know about the religious path which he is going to follow. Now the big and most important question arises : How can one attain their spiritual path’s knowledge?

Well, religious gurus and preachers are an option but then with time they become corrupt, they can misguide people and use their emotions for their communal aims. The only way to get the right knowledge with the correct facts and principles is to discover the original authentic text of any religion.

prayer, hands, church

In today’s world, it’s very important to have a piece of proper knowledge about the ideologies we follow. Spirituality is peace of mind which involves the emotional attachment of dedication. Whereas if these dedicated minds are misguided by someone to gain uncontrollable pride in one’s religion, then it will cause the development of an antagonistic approach which will be a devastating threat to our future generations. It is very important to know the true teachings of spirituality because religion is like an emotional mental instrument that can bring peace but can cause destruction as well as will build the walls of communal antagonism.

For a religious person, it is very important to think emotionally and practically. It is important to know the misconception between Science and Spirituality, that science rejects religion but it’s wrong. Rather Science tells that religious knowledge can only be attained by the methods of checking facts behind the myths and imagination order which were created for the successful ongoing of mass cooperation between humans. Today if a person belonging to any religious society will meet an atheist or any other person from a different religious background in her office, it’s most likely to see that the person will help this stranger whom she is meeting for the first time. This is possible only because in her religion the massage of “serving others” is being preached. This phenomenon tells that spirituality plays an important role in today’s modern society, and if some religious saint says that other religions are a threat to our religion then these cooked up words of that saint will act as the catalyst for the blind followers to develop communal discrimination for the shake of protection of own’s religion.

No culture or religious text says to hate other religions, cultures or society even if they don’t have friendly relations.

In today’s world spirituality can only be a mentally fit and logical person’s stuff. A person can follow any religious path if he or she is capable of understanding the principles that deal with daily life, else if anyone is trying to find peace and relaxation then they can take up the original hymns or songs that are created for meditation and relaxation. Music and spirituality when combined are the best mental healer.

It’s tough for one to discover the originality of myths and to accept it but if we want peace and compassion then we must reform, because “everything costs and nothing’s for free.”

Hinduism and Buddhism give a very beautiful explanation about in what way a life can be lived or which is the correct way? Let us take Buddha and Krishna, is there anything common between them? Buddha was a monk who gave up his worldly life and went on to attain Nirvana, whereas Krishna is the perfect example of romanticism. We never saw Buddha playing music or dancing after encountering four sights. Though he was highly concentrated and achieved high thinking skills, for a normal person, he was too serious and was a dull example of romanticism. Now take Krishna, he was a good musician, dancer, friend and sometimes tells funny jokes, leads an enjoyable life. He never gave up his worldly life, though he is a good example of life but not the best because he lacked the seriousness and responsibility of ending suffering as compared to Buddha. The person must understand both and accept the mixture of Buddha’s seriousness and Krishna’s livingness and try to live a life of an ideal person who contains Buddha and Krishna both in his heart.

Religion is a system of human law that is founded on a belief in superhuman laws, it is an entire system of laws, rather than an isolated custom or belief. It’s very important to know and discover the original ideas and teachings of any religious path and develop the original views about them. A religious person is not one who chants and prays day and night, he who attains the teachings of his religion and implements them in his life is a truly religious person.
